Phase II Tribal P.D. Renovations

Submission: Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT) Grants & Contracts Office, Ionkwkiohkwaróron Tribal Administration Building, 71 Margaret Terrance Memorial Way, Akwesasne, NY 13655, no later than 3:30 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, April 18, 2023.

Description: SRMT is accepting Separate Sealed Bids from qualified Contractors to provide all materials, tools, plant, transportation, supervision and labor required for Phase II interior renovations to the northern side of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department including reconfiguration of the space, replacement of interior finishes, addition of two (2) exterior canopies and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, all located at 545 State Route 37, Akwesasne, New York 13655.

Pre-Bid Meeting: To be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 beginning at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the Ionkwakiohkwaróron Tribal Administration Building, 1st Floor Boardroom, 71 Margaret Terrance Memorial Way, Akwesasne, New York 13655. A site visit will be held directly after.

Bid Security and Contract Security are mandatory requirements of this call.
