Pavement Preservation-FY 22-Group 2

ELECTRONIC BIDS all bids shall be emailed to engineering_bids@tempe.gov and must be

received by 9:00 a.m. (Arizona time), February 10, 2022. At that time, bids will be

electronically opened, the name of the bidder, the date and time the e-mail was received, and the

amount of the bid will be publicly read online in an electronic meeting room. All Planholders

will be provided a link to this electronic meeting room the morning of the bid opening. Bids

received after the time specified will not be read. The proposed work will consist of MILLING

AND REPLACING EXISTING ASPHALT PAVEMENT WITH AN ASPHALTIC

RUBBERIZED ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT; SIDEWALKS, CUBS AND

GUTTER WILL BE RECONSTRUCTED; ADA RAMPS WILL BE UPGRADED TO

STANDARL DRAINAGE STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE MAHOLE

ADJUSTMENTS AND RECONSTRUCTION OF CATCH BASISN; RESTOR EXISTING

PAVEMENT MARKINGS AS WELL AS NEW INSTALLATIONS, together with

associated work. Specifications are available for download from the City of Tempe Engineering

Division at www.tempe.gov/engprojectsbidding. Please direct any questions no later than

December 29, 2021 by 5:00 p.m., Arizona time, to the City of Tempe Engineering Division
