Scope: The City of Palm Coast is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors. This project shall consist of the demolition of an existing fabriform weir structure (P-1) and gates, erosion control along the canal side banks and construction of a new control structure in approximately the same location along the Pine Grove Waterway in accordance with the construction plans.
