P2B Pump Station Rehabilitation

P2B Pump Station located at 7220 E. Cary Avenue, Las Vegas NV 89156 is used to pump water to the Baro Canyon water reservoir in the extreme southeast side of the water distribution system in the Sunrise Manor area. The facility was constructed in 1987 to house three (3) pumps. A pump station replacement will be performed while maintaining the operation of the existing P2B Pump Station. The Work involves replacing the existing Motor Control Center (MCC) and Controls, replacing the emergency generator, installing pre-manufactured structure that meets NDEP requirements, installing The Motion Industries supplied pumps and valves, and associated appurtenances inherent this this type of work.

The Project shall be completed within 175 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization.

The estimated construction cost range is from $1,750,000 to $2,225,000.
