Owner-Purchased Mechanical Equipment for Petrosky Elementary School

INVITATION TO QUOTE:

The attached equipment quote package is for the Owner-direct purchase of certain HVAC equipment that will be installed in the summer of 2023 through services procured by an alternative means. Alief has solicited equipment prices from several manufacturers via this quotation. The product specifications, model number and related additional information are attached to this package to be used in the preparation of your quotation. Alief intends to select a vendor in early January and our goal is to release Purchase Orders no later than January 13, 2023. All prices should include the specified material, F.O.B. shipping costs to Alief ISD and all insurance needed to cover the equipment cost while in-transit.
