Request for Qualifications
Operation, Management, & Promotion
Of the Dodge City Raceway Park (DCRP)
The City of Dodge City (the “City”) and Ford County, Kansas (the “County”), collectively the “Owners,” are issuing a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to identify management companies that have proven experience in providing comprehensive management and full operations of facilities in similar markets to the Dodge City Raceway Park. Services shall include, but not be limited to, general management, scheduling, and promotion of events, marketing the venue, ticketing services as well as optional foodservice. Accordingly, the City and the County are inviting experienced facility management companies with strong track records in the industry to respond to this RFQ.

No bidder may withdraw his bid/proposal for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
