Summary:	The Onion Creek Odor Control Facility is experiencing erosion due to ongoing storm events. Headcut erosion is encroaching into the site thereby increasing the risk of damage to Austin Water's infrastructure. This project will construct erosion prevention infrastructure to protect the existing odor control infrastructure.
