On-Call Environmental Consulting Services

The City of Malibu is interested in contracting with a highly qualified and versatile firm to provide environmental consulting services to assist the City in administering its programs, including, but not limited to stormwater management, water quality compliance, wastewater management, emergency response, and spill response.

It is recommended that interested parties familiarize themselves with several documents which provide the regulatory framework and/or plans requiring these monitoring programs.

Mark envelope #1 with “On-Call Environmental Consultant Services.” Mark envelope #2 with “On-Call Environmental Consultant Cost Proposal”; must be in a separate envelope than the other documents for the RFP. Please submit four (4) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy. All responses must be submitted in the form set forth in this RFP, sealed and delivered to:
