Notice of Intent to purchase additional servers to build out District¡¯s new Headquarters¡¯ network and back up for existing network

Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional servers to build out District’s new Headquarters’ network and back up for existing network, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 12-22 requesting competitive responses for Systems and Information Management Software and awarded a contract to EC America. District will purchase servers to build out and segregate District’s networks and 60-months of Dell support services from IVOXY Consulting Inc., a local authorized dealer for EC America, for the sum of $106,650.51.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from EC America through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 no later than August 7, 2024.
