Notice o flntent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement-New and Used Construction and Paving Equipment, Parts, Service and Rental. The County of Bergen, NJ intends to participate in the Sourcewell contract for New and Used Construction and Paving Equipment, Parts, Service and Rental Number: 032119-CAT, to purchase Caterpillar Inc., 2019 model 918M Wheel Loader through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program. Information regarding the contract may be found on the Sourcewell website at: www.sourcewell-mn.gov The County of Bergen, NJ anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract on or about 11/6/2019. The current Sourcewell term for contract# 032119-CAT effective May 13, 2019 through May 13, 2023. It is the intent of the Purchasing Agent to make a contract award to Foley-Cat Inc. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell RFP # 032119-CAT. County of Bergen, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comment period ends 12/31 /19
