New Woodbridge Fire Department Garage Phase 2 - Building

A bid bond of five percent (5%) of the base bid cost is required and must accompany each proposal. Bids must be held form for one hundred twenty (120) days bey9ond the bid opening date.

The successful bidder must file a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, a one hundred percent (100%) Labor & Materials Bond and a Certificate of Insurance with the Finance Director within ten (10) days of notice of bid award.

A printed set of plans and specifications are available for review only in the Finance Director's Office, 11 Meetinghouse Lane, Woodbridge, CT 06525, om or after Monday, November 13, 2023.

Bidder's attention is called to the requirement of Connecticut General Statute 4a-60g (Set aside for small contractors and minority business enterprises.) This Contract is subject to State Set aside and Contract Compliance requirements.
