New Station Platform Recyling Centers for a Cyclical Replacement Plan For All Units Throughout MNR's Territory

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: Metro-North Railroad (MNR) is seeking fixed pricing for the fabrication and delivery of 3- bin recycling centers and its replacement parts. The new recycling centers are to replace the aging units throughout MNR’s service territory in New York, and Connecticut. Units and replacement parts will be ordered on an as-needed basis during the proposed contract period of five (5) years. Quantity is not guaranteed by MNR. Upon notification by MNR, the vendor shall deliver the recycling centers to one or more MNR facilities. The projected units are approximately 95-130 units per year. The vendor will also provide fixed pricing for the as-needed supply and delivery of replacement parts. Payment will be based upon the number of centers accepted by MNR. This solicitation will cover the specifications of the product, requirements, and standards.
