contract with the Authority. Bidders MUST comply with PL 26-111 dated June 18, 2002, PL 28-165 dated January
04, 2007 and Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act (www.wdol.gov). Additionally, upon award the
successful bidder must provide to GPA the most recently issued Wage Determination by the US Dept. of Labor.
The reminder must be signed and returned in the bid envelope together with the bid. Failure to comply with the above
requirements will mean a disqualification and rejection of the bid.

and Repair of engine, and electrical systems.
Training shall be by a Certified Instructor from
the manufacturer.
F.4 Upon delivery, training will be scheduled by the Guam
Power Authority’s Transportation Division’s Fleet
Support Service Manager.
F.5 Upon completion of training, a “Certificate of
Completion” shall be issued to GPA Personnel.
F.6 Provide diagnostics software.
F.6-1 Software shall include all devices, plugs and/or
adapters, to ensure complete connectivity to the
vehicle for running diagnostic software.
