NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Standard Specifications

For

One (1) New Boom Truck and Dumper Body

GENERAL PROVISIONS: Sealed bids for one (1) New Knuckleboom Trash Loader and Dump Body are invited and will be received until 2:30 p.m., local time Monday November 14 ^th at 2:00 , at the office of the City Clerk, P.O. Box 880, 806 Second Avenue, Dodge City, Kansas 67801-0880. All bids will be opened at City Hall immediately thereafter.

This bid form shall be submitted, together with complete specifications for the equipment being proposed, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED BID: Boom Truck” Failure to use said bid form may be grounds for rejecting any such bid.

Bid sheets, specifications and other pertinent information may be obtained by contacting Ryan Reid, Director of Administration, at P.O. Box 880, Dodge City, KS, 67801 or by phone at 620-225-8100. Specifications may also be obtained by going to the City’s website www.dodgecity.org/bids

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
