Mongaup Pond Campground Shower Buildings
Description:

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the construction of two
(2) new campground shower buildings. Work includes but is not limited to clearing
and grubbing; demolition of an existing building; construction of two (2) masonry
shower buildings; paving, underground utilities, wastewater disposal systems and lift
stations with associated general, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and site work in
accordance with the drawings and specifications. This project is separated
Construction, Plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and Electrical
Prime Contracts.
