MMA Flooring Project

Notice is hereby given that Montgomery County Community College will accept sealed proposals online for the MMA Flooring Project (Bid #19 – FY21/22) located in the Challenger Center on the Pottstown campus. The scope of this project is to include all labor, materials and equipment required to prepare the existing floor and install flake flooring.

Bids will be accepted until 10 a.m. on May 31, 2022, via PennBid . Questions must be submitted via PennBid by 5 p.m. on May 25, 2022. Plans and specifications are available online at no charge via PennBid.

A mandatory walkthrough will take place on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 9 a.m. at the Challenger Center, 140 College Drive, Pottstown PA 19464.

The College reserves the right to waive any informalities or to refuse any or all bids. This project may be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law.

Bid responses must be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Affidavit and the Owner’s Certification of Responsible Contractor Status form in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
