Minnesota Carbon Reduction Strategy
Brief Description: MnDOT is seeking a consultant to prepare a federally-compliant Carbon Reduction Strategy that builds on prior statewide plans and studies that set carbon reduction priorities for Minnesota. The Strategy must be complete, approved by the Commission and submitted to the Federal Highway Administration by November 15, 2023. It is anticipated that the Carbon Reduction Program solicitation support materials, engagement with Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) and Area Transportation Partnerships (ATPs) and other supportive materials, such as a toolkit, will be refined and finalized by February 2024.
