The City of Tempe (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive Mental Health and Wellness Program for Tempe Fire Medical Rescue Department (TFMRD) first responders to include mental health care, mental performance, awareness training, resiliency training, peer support, stress debriefing, stress management and referral/navigation services. The successful firm will provide Mental Health and Wellness Program services, in a variety of mediums, aimed to sustain and improve first responder health.
