The purpose of this ROQ is to enter into as needed, as required contract(s) with a qualified Medical Director(s) to oversee and provide professional expertise to forensic nurses in the Forensic Examination Office (FEO). The primary function of the forensic nurses will be to perform comprehensive medical forensic examinations and provide related patient care and referrals for individuals who have been physically abused, sexually assaulted or otherwise impacted by violence. The County anticipates the commitment of the contractor not to exceed 10 (ten) hours per week based upon current demand estimates. Currently, the County has two Family Advocacy Centers (FAC) where the forensic medical services will take place. The Centers are located in Eloy, AZ and San Tan Valley, AZ. Onsite attendance may be required at times.
