Media Planning & Purchasing Services

The Town of Wickenburg is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified, experienced firms interested in providing professional services to conduct media advertising planning and purchasing. In 2021, The Town of Wickenburg was named the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO). The Town seeks a qualified consultant to assist in launching the FY22-FY23 campaign and establishing a long-term marketing plan.

The selected consultant will work closely with Town Staff and stakeholders to produce a targeted Media Plan that accomplishes tourism-based objectives. The Media Plan will be reviewed and approved by staff at a minimum. The Media Plan will identify target markets, target activities, and may outline the development of promotional material.

The selected consultant will work closely with Town Staff to Purchase Media in accordance with the approved Media Plan. The Media Purchasing will be reviewed and approved by staff. The consultant will provide comprehensive reporting on the performance of all purchased media.

Upon selection the Town seeks to have an initial media purchasing plan approved by staff in May 2023 for media purchases to occur prior to June 30, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $120,000. The firm will coordinate media planning and purchasing services with the Town for subsequent terms and renewals.
