Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force
and effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the
additions, deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM # 1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1. Could we schedule a site visit for the injection wells?
A1. A site visit has been scheduled:
WHEN: 9:00a.m., March 11, 2025
WHERE: We will be starting at Burnt Store WTP/WRF: 17430 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda, FL
We will travel to the following locations after our site visit is completed at this location
East Port WRF: 3100 Loveland Boulevard, Port Charlotte, FL
West Port WRF: 15005 Cattle Dock Point Road, Port Charlotte, FL
These are secure facilities, and for that reason, this is the only time Contractors will be able to visit the sites.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20250304.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
