The Queen Anne’s County Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals for exclusive rights to sell mobile concessions outside at the Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse. The permit season would be from May 13, 2023 until September 24, 2023 at Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse, located at 2010 Sonny Schulz Blvd. Stevensville, MD 21666. Mandatory hours required to sell are weekends from 10am to 5pm, holidays and/or other agreed upon hours.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 30, 2023, at 10am at 2010 Sonny Schultz Blvd, Stevensville, MD. The meeting will discuss rules to adhere to and help answer any questions you might have. You cannot turn in an application unless you attend the Pre-Bid meeting.
