We highly recommend online submission of responses and questions. This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier.
Over view: Remove existing asphalt shingles, ridge and fixed attic venting, boots and collars at penetrations and roof felts. Install new asphalt shingles, boots, collars, attic vents and ice and water shield as specified.
Estimated start and completion dates:
All work is to be begin upon receiving the notice to proceed after award has been made.
Estimated Start Date: October 5, 2022
Estimated Completion Date: *November 25, 2022
* Contractor to provide date of completion that will guarantee shingle manufacturer’s installation and warranty requirements that provides for proper sealing of shingles. If this requires the work to be completed in the spring, please indicate your alternate completion date.
This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
Warranty: A one year general warranty on materials and workmanship + Manufacturer's Shingle Warranty
Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Tiffany Stupp (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Tiffany Stupp in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system. (See the cut off period for question submissions and Site Visit scheduling indicated below)
