MARTA is seeking Proposals from Firms to provide a tool to monitor the Authority's compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and an evaluation of the full spectrum of the Authority's customer services in fulfilling MARTA's strategic goals of meeting customer demands and exceeding customer expectations. Services shall also include a comprehensive and objective mystery customer program that acquires and maintains sufficient elderly and disabled mystery riders.
