Description
This solicitation seeks to qualify marketing firms to provide NYSERDA with a range of marketing and communications support services for a diverse set of programs and initiatives. NYSERDA will select and rank proposers for each of the following categories:
  1. Market Development: Includes NYSERDA’s Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Communities and Local Governments, and Multifamily, and Low-to Moderate Income (LMI), and Workforce Development programs and initiatives.
  2. Policy: Including, but not limited to the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (Climate Act)
  3. Offshore Wind and Large-Scale Renewables: Including, but not limited to Offshore Wind, Build Ready Program, Siting for Large Scale Renewables.
  4. Distributed Energy Resources: Including, but not limited to NY-Sun, Transportation, and storage programs and initiatives

NYSERDA anticipates selecting one proposer for each category and will enter into Umbrella Agreements with the selected proposers.

Project scopes may include, but are not limited to: full-service marketing support; development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics that target a range of consumer and business-to-business audiences and market segments across New York State; collaborative work with NYSERDA Marketing, program staff, utilities, and other contractors/firms; and measurement to understand the impact of recommendations and actions and the ROI.

NYSERDA is encouraging partnering and teaming among proposing agencies to allow for comprehensive full-service marketing services and subject matter expertise.
