Subject: Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Marketing Program Coordinator Services for the Recruiting and Retention Battalion to promote the MDARNG in a way to gain the interest and attention of prospective recruits.
Purpose: Maryland Army National Guard proposes to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Marketing Program Coordinator services. The Marketing Program Coordinator will provide marketing expertise and strategies to guide the MDARNG in the planning, production, implementation, tracking and refining MDARNG current marketing initiatives.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared for the acquisition of Marketing Program Coordinator Services in support of the Maryland Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice using procedures under FAR Part 13.5 and the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). This solicitation number is W912K6-19-Q-0043 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. The NAICS code associated with this procurement is 541613 Marketing Consulting Services with a size standard of $15.0 Million. A single contract will be awarded and is subject to availability of funds. This requirement can be filled by one vendor. This requirement is set aside to total small business. Offer/Bid must be valid for 60 days or longer. All offers will include the Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination for the location where the service will be conducted high lighting the applicable wages categories.
