Project Summary:

Mesa County Lower Valley Public Improvement District (District) with assistance from Mesa County Public Works Department is soliciting qualification submittals and proposals from firms interested in providing professional services as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design phase services to the District for the Mack sanitary facility design. Work collaboratively with the District, Mesa County’s project Manager and JVA, to provide constructability and design input and develop a guaranteed maximum price (GMP). A detailed description of the project and scope are included with the CMAR RFP.

Information packets will be available on Monday, September 19, 2022.

Proposals Due: Friday, October 14, 2022, at 5:00 P.M. Per Addendum #2.
