Project Summary:
The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Consultants interested in performing the necessary tasks develop detailed construction documents.
The Loma Elementary School Sidewalk project will provide a detached pedestrian path/sidewalk along the east side of Highway 139 from Highway 6 & 50 north to N Road (approximately 0.75 miles). Mesa County intends to apply for a Safe Routes to School Grant.
The successful offeror must be prepared to perform all services required by the County as outlined in Section II and III of the Request for Qualifications. The submittals will be evaluated by Mesa County Public Works staff. It is the County’s goal to select a consultant who will provide the highest quality of customer service, design and project management. The award of the contract will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section IV of the Request for Qualifications.
