PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a one-time purchase order to Advanced Creative Technology USA, Inc. DBA LOGOJET USA., 301 Prides Crossing Lafayette, LA 70508 for the purchase of a LOGOJET UV2400 auto flat bed printer and associated software and accessories.

The FBI Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC) Technical Exploitation Unit (TExU) applies advanced technical solutions and provides analytical support to investigations in which intercepted or seized electronic information has not been successfully accessed using traditional methods. In order to support this mission, TExU requires the following equipment:

? LOGOJET UV2400, (110V) auto flat bed printer, includes ink set (LJUV2400)
? Upgraded Kothari Print Pro RIP software for inline white and color printing (UVKRIP)
? UV Adhesion Promoter - 250 mL (UVAP250)
? 12" x 24" reusable sticky mat to hold flat objects (MULTIMAT)
? Web Cam (WEBCAM)
? Shipping to Redstone Arsenal, AL

This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 423990 - Other Miscellaneous Durable Goods Merchant Wholesalers.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Kate Petek, email address: kepetek@fbi.gov NLT 9:00 AM CST 21 September 2017. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.

Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012 to receive Government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, DUNS, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
