Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum MEP Upgrades-CT DECD Project No. 2019-103-094-10001

The City of Norwalk, CT Department of Economic and Community Development., and the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum invites all interested bidders to submit seal bids for this project. Project consists of multi-phased upgrades to Mechanical, Electrical, Security, Audio Visual, Lighting, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems throughout the designated National Historic Landmarked the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum. A majority of the Project Scope is within the walls of the Mansion; however, there is a substantial Site work component with the public Mathews Park that will require coordination with the City of Norwalk and other Park tenants and users that will demand special attention.

This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
