LMIG PAVING PROJECT

ASPHALT LEVELING AND RESURFACING CITY STREETS IN CAMILLA, GEORGIA LMIG PROJECT #2023-001

The City of CAMILLA is requesting sealed bids for asphalt leveling and resurfacing of various city streets.

A Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 1:30 PM [EST] at City Hall, 30 E. Broad Street, CAMILLA, GA 31730.

Questions regarding Project #LMIG 2023-001 will be accepted in writing only to the City of CAMILLA City Manager, Dennis Stroud at Dennis.Stroud@cityofcamilla.com before 12:00 PM [EST] on February 24, 2023. Responses will be posted by addenda no later than 5:00 PM [EST] on February 27, 2023 to the City’s website at www.camillaga.net.

Bids must be received by 1:30 PM [EST] on Thursday March 2, 2023 and may be delivered to the City Clerk’s Office, 30 E. Broad Street, CAMILLA, GA 31730. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed, including the appropriate bid number and title. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.
