BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids to establish a term contract for Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite (12.0 Trade Percent Available Chlorine) to the City of Clearwater’s Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment plants.
