LFD 2024 EMS Billing RFP

LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Public Service-Safety of the City of Lancaster, Ohio, at the office of said Director until 11:00 A.M. on the 20 ^th day of August 2024 for the provision of electronic billing and management information services on behalf of the City of Lancaster Fire Department.

To obtain bid documents, including detailed specifications for the above requested services and the necessary software, visit the City of Lancaster website at https://www.ci.lancaster.oh.us/bids or contact the Service-Safety Director at 104 E. Main Street, Lancaster, Ohio.

The contract for the above referenced services shall commence by October 1, 2024, and run for three (3) years with two (2) optional, additional one (1) year terms.

Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in said bid and must be accompanied by a bond or certified check drawn on a solvent bank in the sum of five percent of total bid. Should any bid be rejected, such check shall be returned to the bidder. Should any bid be accepted, such check shall be returned upon execution of the contract.

A pre-bid meeting shall be held at the City of Lancaster, City Hall, 1897 Room, 104 East Main Street on Tuesday, August 13 ^h at 1:00 p.m. to answer questions about the above. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
