Scope of Work: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to create a Strategic Growth Plan for unincorporated Lee County. The Strategic Growth Plan will be used to inform Lee County of immediate (1-year), interim (5-year), and long-term (10-year) actions necessary to facilitate the provision of efficient, resilient, and effective services for all Lee County residents, businesses, and visitors. Such services may include, but not limited to, utilities, emergency services, parks and recreation, natural resources, solid waste, animal services, information technology, economic development, human services, libraries, transit, and transportation. No construction, engineering, or groundbreaking services are required under this solicitation.
