2024 Lancaster Police Department HVAC Bid

CITY OF LANCASTER POLICE DEPARTMENT BID REQUEST

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lancaster, Ohio as provided in this notice for the Police Department HVAC Project through the www.bidexpress.com web service.  All portions of the bid must be appropriately filled in. Bids will be received online, until the specified date and time, at which time they shall be publicly received, opened and read aloud.  Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the specified date and time for the opening of bids.  Any bid received after the specified date and time shall not be considered.

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available at www.bidexpress.com. All bidders must register and be a member of the web service to bid on the project.

Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time June 25, 2024 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read at Lancaster City Hall, Conference Room 1897, 104 East Main Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.

A pre-bid conference will be held on June 7, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. at the Lancaster Police Department, 130 South Broad Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply.
