The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Kitchen Parts. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract that will provide kitchen parts.
The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.
This RFP is due on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 2:00pm. Late responses will not be considered.
Questions must be received by no later than Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 2:00pm. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.
THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM December 1, 2023 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2024 AND WILL WILL HAVE FOUR RENEWAL OPTIONS.
To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
