Item # 1: ( 910 - 39 ) Deep cleaning service in the Free Library of Philadelphia's Culinary Literacy Center covering the period of 7/1/23 thru 6/30/23. The purpose of this monthly service is to clean facilities to maintain the required health department standards. Frequency of cleaning service: monthly (night service) unless otherwise noted. Clean interior and exterior of the following equipment: (qty: 2) Viking ovens with cooktop (qty: 1) viking grill (qty:1) accessory cooktop (qty: 2) (all grates oiled) Viking salamander broilers (qty: 3) vent hoods - remove filters clean and install clean fire suppression system where exposed (qty: 6) refrigeration units - (2) continental double reach-in refrigerator (1) walk-in refrigerator (including curtains) (1) freezer Scullery: clean all walls, shelves, surfaces, and floors in area sink, exterior of equipment, garbage disposal interior and exterior, and de-scale and deep clean dishwasher. Facilities cleaning: all shelving, cabinets, stainless steel walls exposed to view, counters, and equipment kick plates. Machine scrub and clean all floor surfaces including hallways and bathrooms. Clean (qty: 3) floor drain covers/accesses (by ice maker, prep sink, and dishwasher) (qty: 1) 2-well prep sinks (qty: 3) hand wash sinks. Clean surfaces of all ceiling vent covers, supply and return throughout Provide all supplies, chemicals, equipment labor supervision and management. Vendor is responsible for returning all items to their proper locations after cleaning.
