Kenosha County Old Settlers Park Beer Garden Concessions Operation

Kenosha County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide beer garden concessions at Old Settlers Park, 24100 75th Street, Salem, WI 53170. The objective for Kenosha County is to select a qualified food and beverage vendor to fully manage all aspects of a new beer garden to enhance a family friendly guest experience within Old Settlers Park.

Old Settlers Park is a publicly owned park operated through Kenosha County, Division of Parks. Kenosha County manages eight regional parks including 1,600 acres of parkland, 16 miles of paved multiuse trails, two beaches, and numerous recreational amenities. Old Settlers Park is located within the Village of Paddock Lake and offers several recreational and site amenities on the north and south side of STH 50 including beach access to Paddock Lake, three playgrounds, pavilion/restroom facility, dog park, band shelter, baseball field, and parking lots (refer to park map). The park is free to the public and open year-round from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
