Greetings!
Kansas Athletics, Incorporated (“KA”) is requesting bids from qualified vendors to
provide services, to create, and to host the department’s website and mobile
application. The primary purpose of this vendor is to assist KA in hosting and
presenting one of the most forward-thinking websites and apps in the collegiate
athletics industry through look, consumer usability, and data integration. Driving
messaging, news, and revenue will all be aspects of the website and app.
Please start your review of the Kansas Athletics’ Website and Mobile Application
RFP by reading the RFP Document located in the Attachments tab. The
RFP Document explains all of the key information about our evaluation including
Scope of Work, RFP timeline, evaluation criteria, instructions, and more.
After you review the RFP Document, prepare your submission by working through
each tab from left-to-right here in ION WAVE. Most responses to this RFP will be
addressed in the Attributes tab. However, key milestones can be found in the
Activities tab and any requested documentation should be uploaded in
the Response Attachments tab.
Please Note: All required (i.e. red-starred) fields must be completed to successfully
submit a bid.
