Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:

Jupiter Center Renovation

SCOPE OF WORK:

Renovation which includes demolition of about 3,000 SF of interior office space, and building back approximately 7,000 SF of new interior office space and 11,000 SF of new warehouse space. The existing façade will be updated to create a new entry point. Site work includes new site fencing, motorized gates, and site lighting. In addition, the existing roof will be replaced with a new roof system.

The estimated budget and Location:

Estimated Budget- $3,650,000 plus $300,000 owner's contingency
