Janitorial Svcs for Mental Health, Substance Abuse, & Developmental Services Residential Facilities

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations, which are operated by the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Development Services (MHSADS).

The Department of MHSADS provides group residential living programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses.

These locations are collectively called “MHSADS Residential Facilities” and described throughout the related document as “Facilities”.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 17, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eastern Loudoun Offices located at 21641 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 210, Sterling VA 20166 or clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of sites.
