Racine County is accepting sealed proposals from investment advisory firms for portfolio management and custodial services for the operating reserve fund (non-pension funds).

Proposals will be received in the Racine County Finance Department, 730 Wisconsin Avenue 4 th Floor Racine, WI 53403 until 10:00 a.m., CST, Wednesday, July 26, 2023. All proposals shall be in accordance with the specifications on file in this office. RACINE COUNTY through its duly authorized representatives, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids, waive all technicalities, and choose the offer deemed most advantageous to Racine County. All bidders by submitting their proposal/bid agree to abide by the rules, regulations and decisions of Racine County.
