Description

SUBJECT: Intent to Sole Source for Critical Materials Supply Chain Data



The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)/ CHIPS Program Office (CPO) requires access to supply chain data and analysis, including gaps, related to critical materials required in the manufacture of semiconductors (gases, chemical/liquid precursors, metals and substrates). CPO requires this data in its analysis and review of grant/loan applicants to validate assumptions and viability of the proposed projects.



The period of performance is for 6 months from the date of the award.



Government intends to sole-source this procurement with TECHCET CA, LLC, a woman-owned small business (WOSB), located at San Diego, California.

NAICS Code is 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with small business size standard of $19M.



This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit their alternate data source suggestions. Responses must be received within 10 calendar days of publication of this notice. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the e-mail address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
