Willis Towers Watson, on behalf of Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, will be releasing RFP 23-097 Integrated Medical and Pharmacy Benefits Administration, for its Employee Group Health Plan in the near future. This will be a single solicitation to provide both medical and pharmacy benefit administration services. The effective date for these services will be January 1, 2024.
As a precursor to the RFP, Willis Towers Watson is conducting a pre-qualification phase to ensure that vendors are experienced and capable of providing the required services. Only those vendors that complete and can provide the full requested list of services as outlined in the pre-qualification questionnaire will be considered qualified to respond to RFP 23-097 when issued.

Questionnaires not submitted by this day and time will not be considered responsive and will not be qualified to respond to RFP 23-097 when issued.
