The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is requesting proposals for Insurance Broker Services to procure the following insurances for the District: health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, group term life insurance, and long term disability insurance.
The District seeks a broker to collaborate with the Office of Human Resources to procure insurance services at or above the current level of service at a reasonable and fair price.
The insurances procured are benefits offered to and or provided to District employees for a minimum rate.

Qualifications:

Any interested licensed insurance broker or agent in the State of Florida with at least five years of experience in providing such services as described in this RFP shall submit a proposal of services. SEE ATTACHED RFP FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
