The purpose of this solicitation for Arlington East WRF Expansion (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, material and all other Items necessary for the construction of the Arlington East WRF Expansion Phase 2 work as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
