INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS

The City of Bartlett is seeking bids to furnish and install (3) HVAC roof top replacement units at the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center .

Information and documents regarding this Bid are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org Note: The Bid Document Received Form must be emailed to the City of Bartlett Purchasing Department prior to submission of bid.

Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday June 18, 2024. All bid packets (original and two copies) are to be labeled “FY2024-06-025 “HVAC ROOF TOP REPLACEMENT UNITS- BPACC” and addressed as follows:

A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. (CST) to address your questions and provide additional information for this bid. It is highly recommended that all interested bidders attend this meeting. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center, 3663 Appling Rd., Bartlett, TN 38133.
