Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) replacement and installation services as described herein:
Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, permits, fees, taxes, vehicles, travel, and incidentals necessary to decommission, remove and legally dispose of seven (7) existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning (HVAC) units and related equipment, as well as furnish, install, and commission seven (7) new HVAC package units and related equipment.
