| SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain competitive bids for the purchase of annual requirements of HDPE pipe on an as needed basis for the City?s Department of Public Works. Pipe shall be delivered F.O.B. destination to anywhere within the City of Suffolk in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending October 31, 2025. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
