Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for purchase and build-out of two new high roof extended length cargo vans and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. The Bureau of Communicable Diseases – Harm Reduction Unit (BCD-HRU) is seeking a vendor to purchase and build-out two (2) high roof extended length cargo vans for the Harm Reduction Response Team (HRRT) services. These vehicles will travel throughout the state of Wisconsin and provide critically needed services for the general population of people at risk of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C (HCV), Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)’s, and opioid overdose. Underrepresented and underserved populations in urban and rural communities will have the ability to access services through these mobile units.
